Acumulation Tanks

EZINC accumulation tank utilizes the feature of a polyurethane filling that makes it possible to store a big amount of heat at a constant temperature when polyurethane changes from the solid to the liquid phase.

While ordinary heat accumulation into water causes temperature increase, heat accumulates into polyurethane at a permanently low temperature. Solar energy can be thus gained with higher efficiency and heat losses in such an accumulation tank are lower.

1. Direct-injected monoblock polyurethane insulation and electrostatic powder coated steel outside cover up to 600 lt capacity.
2. Removable soft foam insulation and foil outside cover for 800 lt and 1000 lt capacity tanks for easy handling.
3. Enamel coated inside, low-carbon steel tank.
4. 2000 W electrical heating element with security thermostat.
5. Cathodic protection by magnesium anode bar with tester.
6. CE marked product.

Jacketed Storage Tanks
