Ezinc Solar Collectors are covered by aluminium foil and insulated with monoblock polyurethane;
Collector glasses are washed by automatic machine in the vacuum environment.

- 100% EPDM rubber sealing and gaskets, UV resisted
- Pure aluminium frame extruted by Ezinç and coated by electrostatic powder coating baked in 220°C oven
- Direct-injected polyurethane insulation coated by aluminium foil (optional: rockwool insulation)
- Tempered solar glass, for high transmittance

- Full plate titanium selective coated absorbersheet, ultrasonically welded.

FSB Series
Full plate absorber with meander or harp design by ultrasonic welding
USB Series
Ultrasonic welded absorberfins to 8 or 12 mm diameter tubes.
UBB Series
Ultrasonic welded, semi-selective paint absorberfins to 8 or 12 mm diameter tubes.
XBB Series
Copper absorber plate perfectly coupled to copper riser tubes. There is very wide contact area between absorber plate and riser tubes.( Around 23 mm) to provide the best heat-transfer. |
